We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor for a new wellness Club in Bali.

Responsibilities
- Able to conduct supervision, including evaluating staff knowledge, technical skills, work quality, and behavior.
- Able to provide coaching, training, motivation, and continuous development, including taking disciplinary action for repeated staff mistakes.
- Able to empower staff by reviewing their performance and productivity.
- Communicative and diplomatic; able to maintain strong guest relations to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, and proactively coordinate with cross-department teams.
- Ensures a 5-minute check-in/check-out process and masters Front Office upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Requirements
- Holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Tourism and has a minimum of 1 year experience as a Senior Front Office/Front Office Supervisor in a 5-star hotel, with a well‑groomed and professional appearance.
- Communicative, fluent in English (other foreign languages are an advantage), and possesses strong leadership and analytical skills, accustomed to working with guest satisfaction targets (OTA, online reviews, loyalty programs).
- Proficient in using hotel systems (VHP) for guest data management, VIP tracking, special requests, billing, and reporting.
- Has a strong understanding of Front Office operations, including check-in/out processes, room blocking, up‑selling techniques, and handling VIP guests.
- Able to analyze and resolve guest complaints according to standards, knowledgeable of 5-star hotel service protocols (VIP, VVIP, repeat guests), and capable of coordinating effectively with related departments.
