Job summary

Greater Group Asia Limited in Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our growing team. You will transform design concepts into precise construction documentation for retail and commercial projects, producing floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture and 3–5 years of CAD drafting experience, with strong AutoCAD skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Good communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• English communication skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate technical drawings and construction documentation for retail, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.
• Produce floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and custom joinery documentation.
• Assist the design team in developing concepts into buildable design solutions.
• Update drawings throughout concept design, design development, tender, and construction documentation stages.
• Coordinate drawings with designers, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure drawings meet project requirements and company standards.
• Revise drawings based on design changes and project feedback.
• Maintain project drawings and documentation in an organized manner.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate technical drawings and construction documentation for retail, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.

Produce floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and custom joinery documentation.

Assist the design team in developing concepts into buildable design solutions.

Update drawings throughout concept design, design development, tender, and construction documentation stages.
