Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Source and purchase parts/services as required by the company
  • Obtain quotations for project costing facilitation
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors/suppliers/sub‑contractors and follow up on delivery
  • Coordinate scheduled stock control activities
  • Maintain all purchasing records
  • Control the source of supplies and manage costs
  • Manage, control, and evaluate vendor/supplier/sub‑contractor performance
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve issues
  • Initiate clearance of excess parts to support other projects
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
  • Report quality problems or defects to managers or senior management for corrective action and prevention of recurrence
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications
