Job summary

A subsidiary of LX International Corp is seeking a Business Strategy Staff in the nickel mining industry. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in strategic planning. Responsibilities include supporting policy implementations, preparing meeting materials, and collaborating with expatriates. Fluency in English is essential; Korean language skills are a plus. Business Strategy Staff (Mining industry)

One of our subsidiaries in Nickel Mining industry, PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama, is hiring for "Business Strategy Staff" with details as follow:

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major from reputable Universities (Preferably from Economic / Finance related)
  • Min. 1-2 years of working experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting
  • Strong logic, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organized.
  • Fluent in English (Korean speaker is a plus point)
  • Willing to be placed in SCBD area, South Jakarta.
  • Able to join ASAP is preferable
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the implementation of internal policies and procedures from headquarters (HQ) in Korea.
  • Prepare materials for monthly BOD-BOC meetings & weekly manager meetings.
  • Coordinate and provide support for the implementation of internal policies for the FAT Department and Business Management team.
  • Communicate daily with Korean expatriates and HQ staff regarding company’s operational matters.
  • Post accounting journal entries in SAP related to corporate credit card transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Site Team to compile documents such as contracts, internal approvals, etc.
  • Assist expatriates with reimbursement processes and communicate for various needs.
  • Provide cross-functional support as needed (e.g., creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), translating Korean documents, processing internal approvals).
