Business Regional Manager (Placement: Palembang)

The Business Regional Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and business development strategies in the assigned region. This role involves managing regional sales teams, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

What Will You Do:

Develop and implement regional sales and business development strategies.

Manage and support regional sales teams to achieve revenue targets.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the region.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Ensure alignment with corporate objectives, strategies, and policies at the regional level.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within the region.
