Position Overview

Lead and oversee business process management initiatives across terminal and depot operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize operational processes within terminal and depot units
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies and develop process improvement initiatives
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness
• Ensure all processes are aligned with organizational goals, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations on process transformation to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Business Process, Management/Improvement Process
• Strong background in Terminal & Depot Operations, Supply Chain, or Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of flowchart tools (Figma) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft D365) and digital transformation initiatives.
