About the role

As a BUSINESS PLANNING STAFF at PT. CJ Foodville Bakery and Cafe Indonesia (TOUS les JOURS), you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic planning and decision-making. This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of this leading bakery and cafe brand.

What you'll be doing

• Closing (refining weekly sales trends and cost increments)
• Annual forecast and management plan establishment and setback analysis
• Adjustment of detailed income statement for each channel (Direct, B2B, O2O, Export, MF)
• NAV Accounting Administrator, posting, create and manage User & all Code Generation
• MPL development and projected performance reporting
• Budget management and SAP support

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a strategic planning, business analysis, or consulting role
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insightful conclusions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
• Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SAP)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs

Candidates with Korean language skills will be prioritized
