Job description

Oversee daily business operations, including beauty brand projects, talent management activities, e-commerce operations, and client campaigns.

Coordinate with internal teams (E-commerce, Talent Management, Marketing, Finance, and Production) to ensure seamless execution of operational plans.

Monitor and manage operational timelines, deliverables, and budgets for ongoing projects, campaigns, and online sales activities.

Handle administrative and logistical matters such as contracts, invoicing, procurement, and scheduling.

Ensure all operational processes follow company SOPs and maintain service quality standards.

Analyze operational and e-commerce performance, providing regular reports and insights for management review.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of talents, influencers, and partners.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement more efficient systems and workflows.

Manage communication and coordination with external vendors, clients, and e-commerce partners.

Assist management in developing operational strategies to enhance overall business performance and growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, or a related field.

At least 2–3 years of experience in business operations, preferably in a beauty brand, e-commerce, or talent agency environment.

Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes, including marketplace operations, online sales strategies, and campaign management.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling fast-paced operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiar with project or task management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana).

Knowledge of budgeting, vendor coordination, and reporting processes.

Understanding of beauty, influencer, and entertainment industry trends is a strong advantage.
