We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operation Specialist to ensure the seamless execution of our learning programs, particularly for our corporate (B2B) clients.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Student Onboarding: Conduct effective student onboarding sessions (online and offline).
- B2B Client Support: Assist corporate students to ensure a smooth, end-to-end learning process.
- Operational Monitoring: Monitor class progress to ensure successful completion and high-quality delivery.
- Platform Management: Ensure students efficiently utilize the Student Dashboard, including class booking.
- Troubleshooting: Provide immediate support and resolve issues encountered by students or teachers during classes.
- Internal Coordination: Serve as a key liaison to coordinate effectively across departments (Business Team, Tech & Prod, and other Ops Teams).
✅ Qualifications & Requirements Essential Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (preferably Communication, Business Administration, or Management).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, specifically handling B2B clients/corporate accounts.
- Language Proficiency: Active English skills (oral and written) at a minimum of B2 level (Upper Intermediate).
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with online conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams) and expert proficiency in Google Spreadsheet.
- Soft Skills: Strong public speaking skills, a genuine passion for handling students/customers, and passionate about administration/operational tasks.
Work Arrangement
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Fully on-site work arrangement is mandatory.
