About the role

We are seeking a Business Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Tiens Indonesia Logistics Trading. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing
  • Identify and evaluate new business prospects to expand our market share
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and action plans to secure new clients and partnerships
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of new business initiatives
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate business performance and recommendations to senior management
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales and business development professionals
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or sales management role, preferably within the MLM or trading industry
