  1. Learn and understand logistics business processes, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution systems.
  2. Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on customer needs.
  3. Support communication with Mandarin‑speaking clients or principals, both written and verbal.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer prospects in assigned regions.
  5. Participate in structured training and on‑the‑job learning during the 6‑month placement in Yogyakarta, and be prepared for further assignments in other cities.
Requirements
