Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Support the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents for clients and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to align business development initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in negotiations and closing deals with potential partners or clients.
  • Track and report business development activities and results to management.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
  • Willing to go back and forth Jakarta - Surabaya
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Analytical and research skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or sales tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
