About the role

Rukita transforms spaces into affordable community‑driven living solutions in urban areas. Rukita is looking for a Business Development Specialist & Business Development Manager to support our Business Development team in obtaining new leads and maintaining relationships with Property Owners, Managers, and Caretakers. As a key area of the business, this position will give you a big opportunity for growth and you will also be required to be constantly on the move. The role will report to our Business Development Area Leader. This position will be placed in Surabaya.

Responsibilities
  • Research, identify, and source potential property for various Rukita product
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing property owners
  • Promote the Rukita co‑living strategy to property owners to make better living solutions in Indonesia
  • Arrange and conduct B2B business negotiation and legal documentation process
Requirements
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate or related fields
  • Experience in startup companies would be a plus
  • Excellence communication and negotiation skills
  • Fast‑paced, and easily adaptable in a startup environment
  • Has a proactive mindset and business sense
  • Currently based in Surabaya, or familiar with the area
