Job description

• Good interpersonal skill, including good negotiation skill
• Good knowledge of the trend cosmetics/beauty industries
• Understanding the process of development cosmetics products
• Good in English (both active and written), since will communicate with global
• Familiar with Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint & Word)
• Good skill in planning, organizing, development projects effectively
• High motivation to work, passion in Cosmetics
• To produce concepts or ideas for innovative new products on market research
• Collect and gather information from both existing and new client regarding cosmetics that they will be need
• Preparing documents in accordance with SOP required for new product development
• Monitoring new product launching based on scheduling
• Maintain relation based on all opportunities project
• Follow up and cooperation with RnD Team, Production Team, PPIC Team, QC & RO Team also with FAT Team
• Building and develop relation with new clients or existing clients
• Reach the marketing target
