The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, strong knowledge of networking technologies, and proven sales success. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential, as is the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This role is integral to expanding the company's footprint in the Indonesian market.
We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Channel Sales Specialist to join our team and expand our presence in the Indonesian network products market. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in selling networking equipment to corporate clients, system integrators, ISPs, or channel partners. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to business customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow B2B customer accounts in Indonesia.
Identify, approach, and manage relationships with corporate clients, system integrators, resellers, and ISPs.
Present, promote, and sell a portfolio of networking products (routers, switches, access points, etc.) to meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Indonesian ICT sector.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on key performance metrics.
Attend trade shows, partner events, or business meetings as needed.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in network equipment or IT/telecom industry.
Strong knowledge of networking products and solutions.
Proven sales record with ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage post-sales follow-up.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.
Existing client base in the ICT / network solutions sector in Indonesia.
Familiarity with key brands such as MikroTik, TP-Link, Ubiquiti, Huawei, H3C, or similar.
Experience using CRM tools and reporting systems.
