  • Responsible for making forecast for trading company.
  • Responsible for managing sales forecast and inventory control in order to maximize company profit.
  • Responsible for approval of quotation to clients and payments.
  • Responsible for coordinating and negotiating with sales staff, other departments, and suppliers with proposing alternative ways and rational solutions in order to maximize company profit.
  • Responsible for corresponding and coordinating with Head office (Japan) staff in order to export products.
  • Responsible for making report (monthly, quarterly and yearly) to President Director.
  • Responsible for other related jobs of sales administration & business development (sales management).
  • Responsible for report to HQ (Japan).
Job Requirements:
  • S1 or above.
  • Fluent in English; Japanese fluency is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales forecasting and inventory management to avoid company losses, customer complaints, and increase company profits.
  • Experience in coordinating and instructing sales staff to maximize company profit and avoid client complaints with excellent management skills.
  • Excellent and advanced Excel skills to make correct inventory forecast with logical thinking.
  • Experience in making sales forecast and managing inventory (import products) in a Japanese trading company as a management position.
  • Experience in forecasting new orders at Japanese manufacturing company production section.
  • Basic knowledge of import license, tax, and related regulations (preferred).
