Job summary

PT. Utama Aset Digital Indonesia is seeking an OTC trading professional to drive new customer acquisition and manage end-to-end trading processes. You will coordinate with Operations, Finance, and AML teams to onboard clients and ensure compliant trading activity.

The role requires strong English skills, familiarity with crypto markets, and the ability to work under pressure toward monthly and quarterly targets.

• Good understanding of cryptocurrency and OTC transaction flows.

• Familiar with AML/KYC processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new OTC customers through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase trading frequency and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding OTC trading, pricing, payment methods, and transaction processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, and AML for onboarding and processing.
• Ensure AML/KYC requirements are completed before trading activation.
• Monitor crypto price movements, FX conditions, and competitor pricing.
• Provide quotations and negotiate terms with customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity and transaction reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Job description

Ensure all customers complete AML/KYC requirements before trading activation.

Monitor market trends, crypto price movements, FX conditions, and competitor pricing.

Provide competitive quotations and negotiate transaction terms with customers.

Follow up inactive or non-FTT customers to increase conversion rates.

Achieve monthly and quarterly transaction volume, profit, and customer acquisition targets.

Prepare daily/weekly sales activity and transaction reports.

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

Experience in crypto, forex, banking, fintech, or OTC trading is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of cryptocurrency and OTC transaction flows.

Able to work under pressure and target-oriented.

Familiar with AML/KYC processes.

Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
