Responsibilities
- Ensure effective day-to-day operational activity in Business Development
- Collaborate with related department in BINUS University for various Business Development program and services
- Coordinate effective cooperation and collaboration to support activities in Business Development
- Review and explore market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels (in coordination with New Venture Scout Team (NVS))
- Create development and business plans, forecasting revenue / sales targets, and growth projections of potential new businesses
- Develop financial projections, investment proposal, and reports for Board of Management (BoM) and other investors (if needed)
- Maintain and build positive relationships with existing and potential key partners and clients
- Design presentation materials and participate in meetings with internal and external key partners
- Explore and find fundings to develop new businesses, either from BINUS or external investors
- Identify business opportunities and assess candidate companies based on potential impact
- Set-up team arrangement or build the team for the approved new businesses
- Work on implementation of the approved new business, ensuring quality execution and timely delivery
- Deal with a variety of ad hoc issues related to Business Development
Management Support Activities
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement
Work Exposure/Experience
- Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
- Minimum 4 years of working experience
- Experience working in Business development and/or in startups, or
- Experience or proven ability in developing product and/or marketing strategies
