Key responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack's products and solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor‑made pricing structures/deals.
  • Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
  • Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
  • Use CRM to its full potential to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record of successful new business development in the B2B sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
