D3/S1 in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management and any related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales Executive, preferred Retail Fashion industries.

Wide networking with store owners, personal shoppers, resellers, and consignors.

Communicative, persuasive, and able to maintain good relationships with business partners.

Used to working with sales targets.

Good understanding of consignment systems (stock recording, returns, sales reports).

Willing to be mobile (store/partner visits).

Able to create new channels for product sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Search for and establish partnerships with stores/partners under a consignment system.

Recruit resellers and personal shoppers (jastip) for outright purchase systems.

Manage product stock at consignment partners (monitoring, restocking, returns).

Prepare regular sales reports from consignment partners.

Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure products are always well-displayed.

Explore new channels for product sales.
