A market-leading energy solutions firm based in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth in the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate will develop comprehensive business plans, build strong client relationships, and lead proposal initiatives. The ideal applicant has experience in market analysis, excellent negotiation skills, and a background in technical solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to achieve sales targets and establish key partnerships.
Develop and execute a comprehensive BD plan targeting operators, asset owners, and EPC companies in the Oil & Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical sectors.
Conduct market analysis to identify new project pipelines, upcoming tenders, and key industry trends related to pipeline maintenance, inspection, and rehabilitation.
Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, from lead generation to contract award.
Proactively build and nurture senior-level relationships with potential and existing clients, including technical managers, maintenance leads, and procurement heads.
Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Develop strategic alliances and teaming agreements with complementary service providers or technology partners.
Work closely with the Technical, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop compelling, tailored technical-commercial proposals.
Lead tender/bid processes, including analysis of RFQs, coordination of bid preparation, and submission of high-quality proposals.
Articulate our value proposition clearly, differentiating our services in pipeline integrity management, pigging, corrosion control, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable and sustainable contracts.
Structure commercial terms, payment schedules, and scope of work in collaboration with the legal and finance departments.
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and KPIs for revenue and market growth.
