Business Development & Partnership Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Development & Partnership Manager who will lead high-impact partnerships and activations, driving lead generation, building strong relationships, and strengthening our brand presence across Indonesia.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with School Counselors to generate referral leads for INDIES programs.

Conduct daily check-ins and follow-ups with School Counselors to maintain engagement, trust, and referral consistency.

Identify opportunities for collaboration through school activities, events, or counselor networks.

Drive Performance: Achieve monthly partnership and activation targets (partnership pipelines, events, activation, and lead generation) through consistent execution and follow-up.

Track referral pipelines, partnership activities, and lead outcomes to ensure consistent performance.

Build a sustainable referral network of active School Counselors.

Achieve monthly targets related to leads, partnerships, and activations.

Experience of 3-4 years in partnership management, business development. Preferably in the education, youth, or lifestyle sector.

Proven ability to manage partnerships with schools & universities, communities, or corporate brands.

Extroverted and approachable — comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport quickly.

Engaging and fun to talk to — able to create positive, lasting impressions with counselors and partners.

Strong network builder — enjoys meeting new people and expanding professional connections.

Consistent, disciplined, and comfortable working with daily outreach and follow-ups.

Comfortable working under targets with strong accountability and execution discipline.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Play a key role in executing Gentem’s partnership and event initiatives across national education brands.
