What you’ll be doing
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to effectively reach and engage prospective clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
  • Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals that showcase the company's expertise and value proposition
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer experiences
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform business development initiatives
  • Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and revenue goals
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor Degree from a Public University in Indonesia
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of successful new business development experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Proven track record of identifying, pursuing and closing lucrative business opportunities
  • Able to speak in English as well as in Bahasa Indonesia, and or able to speak Mandarin
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills to effectively engage with senior‑level clients
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends, regulations and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to drive data‑driven decision‑making
