About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate in any related field to join Lead Insurance Brokers (Corporate Wellness) as a Business Development - Marketing. As part of the Kofuku's team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to promote Kofuku wellness services to corporate clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote Kofuku’s corporate wellness programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify target companies and analyze employee needs related to Kofuku wellness services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR departments, management, and key stakeholders in client organizations; propose tailored wellness solutions (e.g., program packages, workshops, retreats).
  • Prepare commercial proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective corporate clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (nutritionists, psychologists, trainers) and others channel business to design scalable and impactful wellness packages.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of B2B marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation, conversion rates, and client retention.
  • Generate sales reports, track corporate client growth, and forecast business development pipelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.
