Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and nurturing strategic
- Manage sales management process – pipeline, account planning, and proposal to meet target
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Take a lead role in developing new‑business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new‑venture integration
- Research activity and or market survey for new business opportunity, new revenue streams, trend and strategy for sales growth to meet sales target
- Review spending habits, marketing and branding efforts, as well as factors that can have an influence on performance
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Prospect and pitch new business opportunities to meet sales target
- Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
- Set up and monitor commercial activities to meet or deliver target on sales budget, cost, volume and efficiency target/KPI
- Monitor and report the process across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success
- Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
- Run commercial and trend analysis, scenario modeling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight/recommendation/survey
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures in so far as applicable to all financial and non‑financial transaction
- Lead and coordinate with related parties both internal and external to achieve the operation and sales target
- Track team performance and report metrics
- Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to Our Busdev & Sales Team to bring the best of their skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field
- 5–10 years of business development experience in the supplement, beauty, or functional beverage industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing BD strategies that drive multimillion‑dollar revenue growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a demanding environment with highly motivated and driven professionals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and building from the ground up
