Responsibilities:

• Commercial management: Lead and manage solar PV projects from identifying to contract signature.

• Develop and prepare commercial proposals and agreements.

• Manage and maintain project pipeline through CRM systems.

• Execute targets and goals set by the company.

• Manage subordinates.

• Manage commercial teams across Indonesia.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams, business development teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project planning and execution.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities and reports.

• Professional development: Stay up to date with advancements in solar PV technologies and industry trends.

• Travel extensively to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer, Renewable & Sustainable Energy, or related major from reputable University.

• Having min. 5 years of relevant work experience in business development, project management, or a related role within the renewable energy or energy sector.

• Having extensive experience with renewable energy projects (e.g., solar, wind, hydro, etc.).

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

• Ability to conduct and analyze feasibility studies for renewable energy projects, evaluating financial viability and technical performance.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in across-functional and multicultural environment.
