About the Role: We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Project & Construction) to lead our expansion and strengthen partnerships within the project and construction segment across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new project-based clients
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing key clients and partners
  • Lead business development initiatives to achieve sales and market expansion targets
  • Collaborate with management to design and execute strategic growth plans
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the business development team to achieve performance goals
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and project negotiations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior, or related fields preferred
  • Proven experience in the building materials, spill or interior design industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or project sales
  • Strong network within the construction, architecture, and developer sectors
