We’re hiring! People Search International is representing our client – a leading Oil & Gas and Maritime Services Contractor – seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth across offshore, subsea, and port logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall business development and sales strategy to achieve annual growth targets.
  • Identify and secure new clients and opportunities within offshore oil & gas, renewables, subsea, and marine logistics.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships; serve as the primary liaison for project delivery.
  • Manage full tender and contract cycles – from proposal preparation to negotiation and closure.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new sectors and diversification opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure service delivery meets client needs.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as revenue, tender success rate, and client retention.
  • Ensure contract compliance with legal and internal SOP standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to enhance market visibility.
  • Lead and develop the BD team to strengthen performance and business impact.
