Business Development Manager – New Yarns

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our new yarn product lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, promoting new yarn innovations, and establishing a strong presence in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate new markets and applications for innovative yarn products.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to promote new yarns to existing and potential clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with textile manufacturers, designers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape regarding new yarn offerings.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to refine product offerings based on market feedback.
  • Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Attend trade shows, industry expos, and networking events to showcase new yarn innovations.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure long‑term business partnerships.
  • Develop sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide feedback from customers and market insights to guide product development and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Business, Marketing, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the textile/yarn industry, particularly with new or innovative products.
  • Strong technical understanding of yarn manufacturing processes and textile applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
