Business Development Manager – Financial Services
We are looking for a full-time, onsite (WFO) Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales or business development within the financial services industry. This role is designed for professionals who thrive on new client acquisition, aggressive growth targets, and relationship-driven sales, and who are ready to contribute directly to business expansion in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new strategic partners and referral networks to support business expansion and client growth.
- Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with partners, high-value clients, educators, community leaders, and professional networks.
- Design and implement acquisition strategies targeting potential partners such as financial educators, market analysts, content creators, and investment-related communities.
- Lead partnership discussions, commercial alignment, and agreement execution to ensure mutual value and sustainable collaboration.
- Work closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to support campaigns, seminars, client engagement activities, and partner initiatives.
- Track partner contribution, acquisition performance, and business outcomes; prepare regular reports and insights for management.
- Stay informed on financial market developments, investment trends, and evolving client needs to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or client acquisition within financial services, investment-related industries, or capital market environments.
- Experience working with financial platforms, market products, or investment-oriented clients is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve acquisition, partnership, or revenue-related targets.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong networking capability with the ability to build trust-based, long-term partnerships.
- Candidates must demonstrate professional maturity, commercial acumen, and ethical business conduct.
