Business Development Manager – Financial Services

We are looking for a full-time, onsite (WFO) Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales or business development within the financial services industry. This role is designed for professionals who thrive on new client acquisition, aggressive growth targets, and relationship-driven sales, and who are ready to contribute directly to business expansion in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new strategic partners and referral networks to support business expansion and client growth.
  • Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with partners, high-value clients, educators, community leaders, and professional networks.
  • Design and implement acquisition strategies targeting potential partners such as financial educators, market analysts, content creators, and investment-related communities.
  • Lead partnership discussions, commercial alignment, and agreement execution to ensure mutual value and sustainable collaboration.
  • Work closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to support campaigns, seminars, client engagement activities, and partner initiatives.
  • Track partner contribution, acquisition performance, and business outcomes; prepare regular reports and insights for management.
  • Stay informed on financial market developments, investment trends, and evolving client needs to identify new business opportunities.
