Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our client growing food and beverage (F&B) company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities, including new projects, new brands, and expansion into new countries. They will play a key role in driving our company's growth and expansion plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of new business strategies and initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities, including new projects, new brands, and expansion into new countries
  • Conduct market research and analysis to assess the viability of new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers at potential new partners and customers
  • Negotiate and close deals for new business opportunities
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of new business initiatives
  • Track and measure the performance of new business initiatives
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on new business initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Proven track record of success in identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities
  • Strong understanding of the F&B industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
  • International exposure and experience would be a great advantage
