About the Company A fast-growing property management and development company managing a prominent commercial area near Soekarno‑Hatta International Airport. The company focuses on integrated business growth across property, logistics and hospitality ventures.

About the Role This position works directly under the CEO, driving both business growth and strategic project execution across the organization. You will lead the development of new property and commercial initiatives, evaluate business opportunities and ensure that key strategic projects are successfully executed from concept to completion.

This role combines the analytical mindset of a business strategist with the discipline of a project leader – ideal for professionals who enjoy working closely with top management and turning ideas into tangible results.

The position suits someone who is strategic yet hands‑on, analytical yet adaptive and confident working closely with top management in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyse and develop new business opportunities in property, commercial leasing and partnership ventures.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, market assessments and financial projections to support business proposals.
  • Manage and monitor project implementation across development, renovation and expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders (contractors, consultants, regulators and tenants).
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and performance reports for CEO and management review.
  • Act as the executive right‑hand to the CEO, coordinating key initiatives, managing timelines and ensuring follow‑ups on strategic priorities.
  • Represent the CEO in selected meetings and maintain structured communication between leadership and operational teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in project management, property management business, business development or executive support, preferably within the property or real‑estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, feasibility studies and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and executive presence when representing the CEO.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel) and project tracking tools.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
