Business Development Manager – Construction Industry

We are assisting our client, China Construction First Group (CCFG), in seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate tender processes, including proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with the project and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to support strategic business planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in <>business development or project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
