A leading IT solutions provider in Yogyakarta seeks a Business Development Manager to lead business initiatives and drive growth. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, evaluating partnerships, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead end-to-end business development initiatives from market analysis, solution proposal, negotiation, to deal closure.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and product expansion in IT solutions (B2B & B2G).
Drive strategic planning to support company growth and competitive positioning.
Conduct business and financial risk assessments for new initiatives and ongoing projects.
Manage multiple divisions to align commercial and operational execution.
Develop and maintain strong client and partner networks, including government, enterprise, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor business performance against KPIs and recommend improvement actions.
Prepare executive-level proposals, business cases, and pitching materials for clients and leadership.
Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence.
