Atompay is a growing Payment Gateway providing secure and innovative digital payment solutions. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive merchant acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
Identify and acquire new merchants and business partners
Build and manage strategic partnerships (enterprise, SME, online merchants)
Develop business proposals, pricing, and commercial terms
Negotiate contracts and close partnership deals
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the fintech/payment industry
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams
Monitor merchant performance, revenue, and KPIs
Represent the company in meetings and industry events
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnership
Strong experience in payment gateway, fintech, banking, or digital payment
Proven track record in merchant acquisition or revenue growth
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Able to work independently and target-oriented
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience in payment gateway, fintech, or digital payment industry
