Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Expansion, specifically within the F&B retail industry

Hands-on experience in opening F&B outlets in malls or commercial areas, including negotiations with mall management / landlords

2. Core Competencies

Strong understanding of F&B outlet operations, including kitchen layout, service flow, and basic costing

Ability to conduct site analysis, assess mall traffic, and develop potential site recommendations

Strong negotiation skills for tenant leasing, commercial contracts, and landlord relations

Proven ability to develop and execute outlet expansion strategies and evaluate existing outlet performance

3. Technical Skills

Proficient in sales data analysis, market research, and feasibility studies

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for business analysis and financial projections

Good understanding of F&B branding, pricing strategy, and product positioning in mall-based markets

Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Procurement teams

Strong strategic planning, fast decision-making, and results-oriented mindset

Experienced in leading new outlet opening projects from site survey and negotiation through to grand opening

Energetic, communicative, and well-connected with mall management, vendors, and F&B suppliers

Strong awareness of culinary trends and consumer behavior in mall environments

Willingness to travel out of town for site surveys and new outlet openings
