A leading tire manufacturer in Jakarta Utara is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive market share and sales within the OTR tire segment. Responsibilities include developing strategies, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong technical understanding of OTR tires, and must be fluent in English. Frequent travel to customer sites across Indonesia is necessary.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share within the OTR tire segment.
Identify new business opportunities and create action plans to target potential customers across mining, construction, and agricultural industries.
Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting OTR tire products to both existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and market positioning.
Analyze sales performance and market data to forecast demand and define strategic direction.
Develop pricing strategies and proposals aligned with company goals and market conditions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers based on operational requirements.
Manage customer feedback and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s OTR tire products, including specifications, advantages, and competitive strengths.
Deliver product training and technical presentations to customers and internal sales teams.
Prepare regular sales reports, customer updates, and business development summaries for management.
At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the OTR tire, heavy equipment, or mining industry.
Strong technical understanding of OTR tires and their applications on heavy-duty equipment such as dump trucks, wheel loaders, and graders.
Established network and proven relationships in the mining or construction industry are highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding market presence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong business acumen.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – this is mandatory.
Willing to travel frequently to customer sites and remote project locations across Indonesia.
Independent, proactive, and result-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
