Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, retention strategies, and market needs.
- Analyze consumer trends in wellness, nutrition, supplements, and beauty categories.
- Use marketplace analytics to optimize conversion rate, pricing competitiveness, and assortment depth.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour in Indonesia’s health & wellness market.
- Track product profitability, conversion metrics, sales funnels, and campaign ROI.
- Develop strategic partnerships and co-branding initiatives with brands and influencers/KOLs.
- Manage pricing strategies, promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
- Optimize product listings to maximize traffic, conversion, and visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on traffic generation and performance marketing initiatives.
- Oversee order fulfilment performance, returns, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Experience working with influencers, KOLs, and affiliate programs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
- Experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or nutrition brands.
- Understanding of Indonesian retail distribution and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Experience in tech sales, SaaS, or digital health.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking ability.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulatory landscape.
- Motivational, budgeting, and policies experience preferred.
