Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research and reports to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare contracts and negotiate with client, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Prepare bidding documents and involve in clarification meetings
- Take business trips in Indonesia or even through South East Aisa area
- Attend the exhibitions and conferences related to our business development
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven working experience in engineering and construction, experience in chemical engineering is a plus
- Good customer resources are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Proficiency in English, It's a plus if can speak Mandarin.

- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA or above in business administration, engineering, sales or relevant field
- Requirements can be lowered if the candidate is exceptionally good
