We are one of the strongest data science & technology players driving financial inclusion in emerging markets. We apply our algorithms to petabytes of data, primarily from Telecom Operators in-country, to profile credit risk of individuals, while protecting their privacy through encryption and anonymisation of data processed on our platform.
Our proprietary risk assessment model that sits at the core of our platform is proven to outperform current models in use (measured in terms of GINI coefficient) and has enabled access to credit for an additional 40% of the population in emerging markets. These are people who’ve never had any kind of prior banking exposure and now are accessible and visible to the formal financial economy.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be a key of the Business Development team. During this phase of expansion, you will be identify business opportunities and build long term relationship with prospects. That is needed in order to increase company revenue and maximize profits. Your role not only involves generating leads and closing sales on the ground, but also entails designing and implementing sales systems and strategies for continued, sustainable expansion. This requires a hands‑on professional with strong results‑orientation and great negotiation skills
