Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management, ideally in recruitment or staffing.
  • Proven experience in Japanese or GCC markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (N2 level proficiency).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and secure job orders in the Japan market.
  • Lead end‑to‑end business development — from prospecting, pitching, and negotiation to contract finalization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment of client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with sourcing vendors to deliver high‑quality candidates.
  • Monitor market trends and ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical recruitment standards.
