Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development (BD) Front End to manage and grow our client base in the Bekasi Area. This role is responsible for running the BD team, acquiring new clients, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid background in B2B sales or business development and prior leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire New Clients – Identify potential clients, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate lead tracking.
  • Deliver Sales Pitch & Close First PO – Prepare tailored sales materials, present product value, negotiate pricing, and process purchase orders.
  • Support Client Onboarding – Provide product explanation, catalogs, and guidance on ordering flow and delivery expectations.
  • Drive Repeat Purchases – Follow up after first orders, recommend next SKUs or bundles, propose promo ideas, and support early-stage growth.
  • Maintain Client Relationships – Communicate regularly with clients, monitor PO frequency and value, and resolve early issues such as delivery or invoice concerns.
  • Monitor Market Insights – Track local market behavior, competitor pricing, and buying patterns to support sales strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Based in Cikarang or Bekasi Area and willing to travel as needed.
  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
  • Preferably have experience at least 1 year in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition, and prior leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Target-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Fulfillment, Finance, and HR.
  • Preferably able to drive a car.
