A leading cable manufacturer in Jakarta Utara seeks a Business Development professional for their Data Center segment. The role involves expanding market share, identifying end-users, supporting sales projects, and developing strategies to enhance market relevance. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in the Data Center segment and at least 7 years in sales with strong English communication skills.
Expand JJ-LAPP’s market share within the Data Center segment.
Identify and map data center end-users and their ecosystem to leverage JJ-LAPP products effectively.
Support the sales team in pursuing and securing data center projects.
Develop short-, mid-, and long-term strategies to strengthen JJ-LAPP’s relevance and positioning in the Data Center market.
Initiate and coordinate marketing activities or events in collaboration with the marketing team.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of JJ-LAPP’s product portfolio to deliver suitable and value-driven solutions for clients.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Data Center segment.
At least 7 years of experience in a sales-related environment.
Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
Experience in day-to-day reporting is an advantage.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to overcome challenges and meet company expectations.
Proactive and independent, capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
