Role Overview

The Business Development Executive (SEA) will support TyrAds’ expansion across Southeast Asia by focusing on lead generation, outreach, and prospecting. This role is ideal for a motivated, sales‑driven individual eager to grow within the ad tech and digital marketing space. The position directly supports the SEA Business Development Director by identifying potential partners, initiating outreach, and contributing to the region’s partnership growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and build a qualified list of potential app publishers, SDK partners, and digital platforms across Southeast Asia.
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate partnerships.
  • Support follow‑ups, schedule meetings, and prepare partnership proposals or presentations.
  • Maintain accurate lead and contact records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Tech/Integration, Marketing) for partner onboarding and event participation when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in cold outreach or lead prospecting (internship or full‑time).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
  • Prior exposure to digital advertising, mobile apps, or affiliate marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Arrangement

Hybrid role, based in Jakarta. Primarily remote work with occasional in‑person meetings at the SEA Business Development Director’s office. Full‑time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for cross‑time‑zone coordination.
