Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Villa Manager - Uluwatu, located in Bali, Indonesia. The Villa Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, handling guest inquiries and complaints, managing bookings, and ensuring the villas are maintained to the highest standards. The Villa Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to promote the property and enhance the guest experience.
