Responsibilities
- 1. Works closely with the National Manager, Account Manager & Regional Cluster Manager team to strategize, build & develop relationships with customers. With a view to establishing a strong pipeline within the assigned business sectors.
- 2. In conjunction with FS colleagues, work across the network to develop opportunities in the assigned business sectors.
- 3. Achieve KPI Sales Calls / Face to face visit and update the internal CRM system-Port360.
- 4. Sales Create pipeline of target or prospect customers make presentations.
- 5. For new accounts, ensure registration of respective BLA entity is performed and submitted.
- 6. Collaborate with the bidding team. Ensuring all RFQ, tenders & quotations are professionally presented & on time.
- 7. Ensure FS’s contractual risks are always protected. Customers’ credit terms and outstanding payables are as per the contracted terms agreed.
- 8. Upon receiving the contract award, seeks to hand over all commercial aspects to the related operations manager for job execution.
- 9. Annually provides budgeting & business plans to be in conjunction with the National Manager team.
- 10. When required must organize, plan & travel across Indonesia or potentially abroad.
- 11. Builds & develops relationships with multiple stakeholders and product head across Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Preferred to hold a degree in a business or marketing related subject.
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Freight Forwarding company.
- Experience in engaging commercially with general cargo customers.
- Having knowledge to selling Air/Sea, Import/Export, Customs clearance and warehouse / contract logistics.
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, MS Project.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport, establishing relationships, and working well within a team.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Time Management: Can manage tasks, prioritize leads, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires a valid driver's license, own a car, and be able to drive to various locations as needed.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, motivated, and resilient, with a proactive approach to challenges.
