Job summary

A leading hotel management company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Business Development professional to identify and pursue new business opportunities. The role involves building client relationships, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and collaborating across teams. Ideal candidates have a degree in Business or related field, along with proven experience in business development and strong analytical skills. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience in the POS or Fintech industries is preferred.

Qualifications

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with clients.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, finance) to align business development activities with overall company strategy.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.

Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions as needed.

Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development performance and progress.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (minimum 2-3 years).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
