Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead business development initiatives across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and regional markets, focusing on recruitment, manpower outsourcing, and workforce placement solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational corporations, SMEs, and government‑linked companies to support permanent and contract hiring needs.
  • Develop, present, and negotiate service agreements, ensuring smooth client onboarding and long‑term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to align candidate sourcing strategies with client expectations and project timelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor hiring trends, and expand service offerings into new industries and sectors.
  • Identify and manage key accounts while achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets through consultative selling and strategic relationship management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
  • Expand and diversify the client portfolio through new partnerships and strategic accounts
  • Strengthen cross‑border recruitment pipelines and regional client coverage.
  • Contribute to the streamlining of client engagement processes, improving service turnaround time and client satisfaction.
