A leading technology firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales Manager to develop strategic sales plans and expand market share in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development within geosynthetic products. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. Candidates should be willing to travel extensively.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Indonesia
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients, including government agencies, engineering firms, contractors, and developers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and partners, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver integrated solutions and support project execution
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities
Prepare sales and marketing reports to monitor achievement and report to Management
Represent Geoquest Indonesia at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and generate leads
Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Marketing, or relevant field
At least 3 years of working experience in Geosynthetic Products as Business Development/Sales/Marketing
Familiar of various geosynthetic products and understand competitors and business position in the market
Able to speak English both written and oral
Highly motivated target oriented both individual and as a team
Willing to be placed at South Jakarta, Head Office
Willing to travel extensively in and out site of town
