A leading technology solutions company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales strategies and expand market share. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering or Marketing and at least 3 years of experience in geosynthetic products.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Indonesia
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients, including government agencies, engineering firms, contractors, and developers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and partners, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver integrated solutions and support project execution
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities
Prepare sales and marketing reports to monitor achievement and report to Management
Represent Geoquest Indonesia at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and generate leads
